Mid-Atlantic RC&D Association Executive Council Meeting Minutes

Secretary’s Report to the Councils On February 27, 2007, at the National Leadership Forum in Washington, D.C., a meeting of the MA RC&D Association Executive Council was held beginning at 6 pm. President Howard Coffield, Treasurer Pat Pinnell and Secretary Cathy Skwara were in attendance.

Following review and discussion concerning the proceeds from the 2005 Annual Meeting silent auction in NY and PA’s request to use these funds as they plan this year’s meeting, Pat Pinnell moved, and Howard Coffield seconded, that these funds be forwarded to PA for use for the 2007 Annual Conference and Meeting. The motion was approved by acclamation.

The Executive Council Meeting was adjourned at 6:15 PM.
