The MISSION of the South Jersey Resource Conservation and Development Council, Inc., is to develop and maintain resource technology information systems and initiate, support and implement conservation projects responsive to the needs of the people in the South Jersey RC&D region enabling them to conserve and manage the ecosystem in which they live.
