Buckshutem WMA Groundbreaking
The project got off to a bang with a major ground breaking event. Over 125 people attended this half day event on a Saturday in April 2002.

Cape-Atlantic Soil Conservation District Manager, Nick Cassetta, seeding warm season grasses using the No Till Drill. This drill was purchased by the US Department of Fish and Wildlife Service. It is operated and maintained by the Cape-Atlantic Soil Conservation District.
Nick is also the Treasurer for the South Jersey RC&D Council.
Chris Miller, USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service Plant Material Specialist discussed operation of the No Till seeder with Eric Schrading, Private Lands Biologist for the US Fish and Wildlife Service.
Tim Dunne, NRCS Wildlife Biologist, explains the advantages of using the No Till Seeder.
